Before the match against India to be played on October 24, Pakistan captain Babar Azam has expressed a big comment. He has said that his team is not worried about the poor record against India in the World Cup but is trying to focus on the good performance.
Babar said, “To be honest, we do not want to focus on the previous matches. We are thinking about this World Cup. We would like to focus on our strength and ability and use it during the match. It is important to keep things simple and stick to the ‘basics’. We will try to play good cricket and get better results.”
He further said, “We have played a lot of tournaments, we did well in the Champions Trophy as well. The simpler we keep it, the better. In this only one has to stick to the basics and at the same time have to remain calm. Our preparation is in our hands and we have given our 100 percent. We hope to play good cricket on match day.”
