Sourav Ganguly, President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and former captain of Team India, has made a big statement regarding the India vs Pakistan match to be played in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 on October 24. He has said that against the team with green jersey, Team India will have to perform well to win the match. Along with this, Ganguly has described Team India as the strongest contender for the World Cup victory this year.

He said, “All the players in the Indian team are obviously match winners. This team can end our 10-year wait to bring the World Cup. Pakistan is also a good team. If one and two players perform well then anything can happen. It is very important for us to win the mental battle.”

He further said, “The demand for tickets in the match between India and Pakistan is the same even today. People from all over the world come to Dubai to watch matches and everything is open now, so people want to get out of Kovid. They also want to come out now after staying in the house for one and a half years. People must be tired of Tests and Quarantine, so the demand for this World Cup will be fine.

Ganguly said, “There is a high chance that India will carry forward their campaign against Pakistan 13-0 in the World Cup. India should continue with their unbeaten campaign against Pakistan in the World Cup.”
