Virat Kohli surpassed Virender Sehwag after he smashed an unbeaten 254 against South Africa in Pune. With this, Kohli also went past the 7000-run mark in Test cricket.

Kohli is followed by Virender Sehwag who went past the 200-run mark in an innings six times for India. Out of these six occasions, Sehwag also notched a couple of triple centuries for his side.
Sachin Tendulkar

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar also struck six double centuries that included his highest individual score of 248*.
Rahul Dravid

Rahul Dravid notched five double centuries for India in Tests including the best individual score of 270.
