Zimbabwe and Nepal were re-admitted as the ICC member during the meeting on Monday in Dubai.
ICC Chairman Shashank Manohar said in a press release: “I would like to thank the Zimbabwe Sports Minister for her commitment to the reinstatement of Zimbabwe Cricket.”
Earlier, the International Cricket Council (ICC) had suspended Zimbabwe cricket with immediate effect.
The Board unanimously decided that the Full Member had failed to fulfill their obligation to provide a process for free and democratic elections.
ICC funding will be suspended, and representative teams from the country will be barred from participating at ICC events. This has put their participation in October’s Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier in jeopardy.
