All-rounder Yuvraj Singh and S Sreesanth have been named in the probable squads for their respective domestic teams for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Yuvraj is set to come out of retirement and play domestic cricket again.
The left-handed cricketer had hung his boots last year in June. Yuvraj had participated in the Global T20 league in Canada after his retirement.
Fast bowler Sreesanth might also get back in action. He was banned by the BCCI over his alleged involvement in spot-fixing in the IPL. His ban ended in September this year.
Both the players have been a part of the Indian setup that lifted the T20I world Cup in 2007 and the 50-over World Cup in 2011 under MS Dhoni’s captaincy.
