Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has been making news since a very long time now and once again the left-handed cricketer has attracted criticism after making a remark on leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.

Yuvraj while talking to Rohit Sharma on Instagram live called Chahal “bhangi” and the word didn’t go really well with the Twitter users.

In no time, a trend ‘युवराजसिंहमाफी_मांगो’ was on Twitter.

Yuvraj’s name has been popping up in a lot of controversies these days. He earlier faced a bakclash after appealing to make donations for Shahid Afridi’s foundation.

The former cricketer who was the man of the series in World Cup 2011 made a shocking statement about Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni. Yuvraj said that he didn’t really get much support from the two skippers in the later part of his career.

In another statement, the former left-arm all-rounder has said that Suresh Raina was Dhoni’s favourite and was backed by the then skipper. “Suresh Raina had larger support then because MS used to back him. Every captain has a favourite player and I think Mahi really backed Raina at that time. Yusuf Pathan was also performing well at that time and even I was doing well and was also picking wickets,” Yuvraj said while speaking to India Today on Instagram live session.

Yuvraj played a massive role in India’s winning triumph in World T20 in 2007 and World Cup 2011 under Dhoni’s captaincy.
