Team India ended the year 2019 by defeating the West Indies 2–1 in a three-match one-day series. The Indian team won the most 35 matches by combining all three formats in the year 2019. For the fourth consecutive year, Team India topped the table as winners. This year the team won seven Tests, 19 One-Day and nine T20 matches.

Virat Kohli became the highest run-scorer in all three formats. Virat ended the year with 2455 runs. Team India’s hitman Rohit Sharma is second. Rohit scored 2442 runs in international cricket this year.

At the same time, Team India topped in Test cricket. In 2019, the Indian team did not lose a single match. The Indian team won seven out of eight matches, while there was a draw. At the same time, Australia won seven of 11 matches. England and New Zealand won four each while Sri Lanka-West Indies won three each.
