Pant is making his World Cup debut in this match. The left-hander was included in the squad after opener Shikhar Dhawan was ruled out with a fractured thumb.
India has been unbeaten so far in the tournament. They last played West Indies and thumped the Caribean team by 125 runs in Manchester. A win in this game will take India in the semis while England will bow out of the tournament.
