Melbourne Stars registered their place in the final of the WBBL 2020 after beating Perth Scorchers by 7 wickets in Sydney on Wednesday.
Chasing a total of 126, Melbourne went over the line in the 17th over. Natalie Sciver scored 47* off 45 while Annabel Sutherland remained unbeaten at 26-ball 30.
Earlier, Perth were pushed on the backfoot after some brilliant bowling performance from Alana King to restrict 125/8 in 20 overs. Bolton top-scored with 32 while Mooney scored 27.
Melbourne will now either meet Brisbane or Sydney Thunder in the final scheduled to take place on Saturday.
