Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are one of the most sought after couple in the country. The two had been very vocal about their relationship while dating and much hasn’t changed now after their marriage.

But a surprise was feeded to their fans on Saturday morning when a trend “#VirushkaDivorce” went viral on Twitter.

Actually, an article from TOI that talked about Virat and Anushka’s split back in 2016 began to do the rounds and the users started the trend without any fact checks.

The two tied the knot back in 2017 in Italy. While Anushka used to visit the stadium during the India and RCB matches, Kohli too used to go to her shoots to spend time with.

Presently, the couple is staying in Mumbai. India toured New Zealand earlier this year where they won the T20Is but lost ODIs and Tests. They were later slated to play South Africa at home for a three-day ODI series.

But the first match of the series was washed away due to rain while the other two were canceled due to COVID-19 outburst. The Indian Premier League (IPL) was also canceled due to the pandemic.

The Bollywood industry too has come to a standstill due to this Coronavirus outburst. Though a web series ‘Paataal Lok’ produced by Anushka was released on Amazon Prime and got some brilliant reviews.
