“We fielded our way into the Champions trophy final,” said Virat Kohli while talking to Gaurav Kapur in the the Breakfast With Champions. Well, the then captain MS Dhoni was pretty keen on making a team that consisted of some fine fielders and the wicket-keeper batsman certainly executed his plans very well.

From Suresh Raina to Virat Kohli to Ravindra Jadeja, the Indian line up has had a bunch of players who brilliant in the field.

In one of the tweets posted by the International Cricket Council (ICC), there is a question that who is a better fielder between Virat and Jadeja. The Indian captain qas quick enough to respond and he gave his verdict in favour of the left-arm player.

Kohli and Jadeja have played together for a very long time now. Jaddu was a aprt of the Indian setup during the U19 World Cup in 2008 that was led by Virat. This was the second instance when India lifted the World Cup at the junior level. They later won it in 2012 under Unmukt Chand and in 2018 under Prithvi Shaw.

The two were also a part of the Champions Trophy 2013 that India won under MS Dhoni afetr beating hosts England in the final.

Earlier, India toured New Zealand this year where they won the T20Is while faced defeats in ODIs and Tests. The Men in Blue were later slated to play a bilateral ODI series against South Africa. The first match of the series was washed away while the other two were canceled amid COVID-19 outburst.
