India skipper Virat Kohli is making headlines once again after the right-handed batsman became the only cricketer to feature in the Top 100 list of richest sports stars according to a tally released by Forbes.
While he was at the 83rd spot back in 2018 while dropped to 100th last year, the captain has made a rise in his rankings after his assets were valued around $26 million. Out of these $26 million, Kohli makes 24$ from the endorsments while the other 2$ million fro cricket.
According to the BCCI’s contracted players’ list, Kohli falls in A+ Grade category where he earns INR 7 Cr in an year. Apart from this he is also the captain of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) franchise.
His clothing endorsments are Wrogn and One8 by PUMA. Kohli owns an Audi R8 V10 LMX, Audi Q7 and Audi Q8 and is the brand ambassador for Audi India.
Apart from this, his endorsments include Uber, American Tourister, Philips India, Too Yumm, Himalaya, Vicks, Volini, Royal Challenge.
Earlier, Virat and Anushka’s net worth came out to be more than Rs 1,200 crore. Kohli’s net worth is around Rs 900 crores and he earned Rs 252.72 crores last year. Anushka, on the other hand, has a net worth Rs 300 crore.
