Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh has questioned the BCCI about the elimination of Punjab side from the Vijaya Hazare trophy 2019. Punjab who were up against Tamil Nadu in the quarter-final bowed out of the tournament because the match was washed out due to rain. Tamil Nadu had won more matches than Punjab in the league stage.
Again an unfortunate result for Punjab against TN in the Vijay Hazare tournament , again Punjab cruising and game abandoned due to bad weather, and on points we don’t go to semis ! Why don’t we have a reserve day ? Or is it domestic tournament it doesn’t really matter ? @BCCI
