Bharat Ratna and former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar have sent a citation and bat in a gift to a disabled child. Sachin has gifted a cricket kit to 12-year-old Madda Ram Kavasi of Dhur Naxal-affected Katekalyan of Dantewada in Bastar district.
Last month, a video of Madaram came to the notice of Sachin through social media, which he had tweeted and praised Madda. In this video, Madda Ram was playing cricket with his friends.

Madda is currently participating in the Divyang Cricket tournament in Raipur, Sachin also gave a message with the kit.
