Ravi Shastri will continue as India’s head coach until 2021. Shastri’s present tenure had to end with the conclusion of India’s tour of West Indies after the coaching staff including Sanjay Bangar, Bharat Arun and R. Sridhar got a 45-day extension post World Cup 2019.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) haD shortlisted six applicants for the post. The six candidates include Mike Hesson, Tom Moody, Phil Simmons, Lalchand Rajput, Robin Singh and Shastri.
