New Zealand has come out really strong and has tackled the COVID-19 very well. The New Zealand Cricket board (NZC) is now planning a
full packed season. The country is looking to host West Indies, Pakistan, Australia and Bangladesh. “We are making tremendous progress. I was just on the phone to the West Indies, they’re confirmed, Pakistan is confirmed, Australia and Bangladesh… so 37 days of international cricket,” White was quoted as saying by ‘ESPNcricinfo’.
Bangladesh are scheduled for ODIs and T20Is followed by Australia for T20 series.
The cricketing activities were put to halt after the COVID-19 outburst in the world. New Zealand last hosted India at their home where they lost the T20Is but came back strong in the ODIs and the Tests.
They clinched victories in both Test and ODI series convincingly.
