Former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen and India skipper Virat Kohli got involved in an informal conversation on Thursday on their Instagram profiles.
Pietersen who has been a part of the Indian Premier League earlier asked Virat about his favourite batting partner. Kohli picked former India captain MS Dhoni and his RCB teammate AB de Villiers for the same. The former England player was Kohli’s T20I wicket who got stumped off a wide delivery.
The Indian cricketer became the first bowler to pick a T20I wicket on 0th delivery.
Getting more candid the two discussed football and why Kohli would opt Cristiano Ronaldo over Lione Messi and revealed that he won’t shave his beard as he doesn’t look good without it.
Talking about the best cricketing memories, Kohli told that being a part of the World Cup-winning team in 2011 is his best cricketing memory while his 2014 tour to England was the worst memory from his career till date.
