Former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) co-owner Vijay Mallya mocked the franchise on social media. Mallya reacted to RCB’s promotional campaign relating to their new logo and jersey.
“Great…but win the trophy!” he wrote on Twitter reacting to RCB’s official handle’s tweet.
Great…but win the trophy !

Mallya was a part of the RCB as the director of their managing board but resigned from the post in 2016. RCB has never won an IPL trophy in past seasons, though they did make a final cut thrice.
The captain and the analysts had earlier expressed concern after the RCB media handles went blank.
Earlier, RCB appointed Navnita Gautam as their massage therapist and became the first franchise side to appoint a woman in their support staff.
RCB is one team who has never lifted the trophy and questions have been raised on Virat Kohli leading the side but team director Mike Hesson made a straight-forward statement in this regard and said that the team management is in no mood of replacing Kohli.
