India women’s team had a dismal outing in the final T20I against South Africa after they suffered a defeat by 105 runs in Surat. Chasing, 176, India were bundled out for 70 to give the visitors a consolation win.
India though clinched the series 3-1. Lizelle Lee and captain Sunne Luss dominated the Indian bowling as the two struck individual half-centuries. In reply, only Veda Krishnamurthy and Reddy went past the double-figures mark.
