India completed another clean sweep win after beating South Africa in Ranchi by an innings and 202 runs. After enforcing a follow-on on Monday, India bundled out the visitors for 133 in the second innings to clinch the third game. This is India’s 11th consecutive win and they now have 240 points in their kitty in the World Championship.
Shahbaz Nadeem who made his Test debut for India in this game once again scalped a couple of wickets to return with the figures of 2/18 in the second innings. Earlier, on Day 3, India pacers rattled the Proteas’ top-order to push them on the backfoot.

For South Africa, it Theunis de Bruyn who top-scored with 30. Bruyn came in as the replacement of Dean Elgar who was ruled out of the game after suffering a concussion.
