India came back in the game against South Africa in Vizag after Rohit Sharma’s onslaught. Sharma notched his second ton of the match and anchored India to a score of 323/4(D) in the second innings. Apart from Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara too got his form back as he struck 81 before getting trapped in front by Vernon Philander.

The Indian batsmen then scored runs quickly and handed a target of 395 to the Proteas. the South African team’s misery didn’t end here as they lost an important wicket of Dean Elgar. Elgar was dismissed LBW by Ravindra Jadeja. South Africa were 11/1, needing 384 more to win at stumps.
