After registering a big win against Bangladesh in Indore (India vs Bangladesh), Team India is now preparing for the Pink Test match to be held in Kolkata.

Bangladesh and India teams will play a day-night format test match for the first time at the Eden Garden Stadium in Kolkata from November 22, in which the pink ball will be used. Team India’s vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane is very excited for this match. He said that he has started dreaming for this match from now on.

Rahane and captain Virat Kohli reached Kolkata on Tuesday and they are the first Indian players to reach here from Team India. Apart from these, Ishant Sharma has also reached Kolkata.

Bangladesh team is also scheduled to reach by Tuesday afternoon. Mohammed Shami and Umesh will arrive in Kolkata on Wednesday morning while Rohit Sharma will reach Kolkata in the afternoon on the same day.

Sharing a picture on Twitter, Rahane wrote in the caption, “Already started dreaming for the historic Pink Ball Test” in this picture Rahane is seen sleeping with a pink ball.

Rahane scored an 86-run knock in the Indore Test. He was the highest run-scorer in that match after Mayank Agarwal. Rahane had scored a crucial partnership of 190 runs with Manyak. Mayank had scored 243 runs in the match.

Team India is leading 1-0 in the two-Test matches. Since the start of the Test Championship, Team India has played six Test matches and has won all of them and has got 300 points in the Test Championship rankings.
