Team India’s KL Rahul has retained his place in the ICC T20 Ranking, while team captain Virat Kohli has now reached 10th position. On Monday, the ICC rankings showed the impact of the T20 series between South Africa and England.
KL Rahul had a great performance in the T20 series against New Zealand in which Team India won 5–0. He was the man of the series by scoring 224 runs in this series. At the same time, Virat could score only 105 runs in this series.
England captain Eoin Morgan, who scored 136 runs in the three-match series against South Africa, played a key role in helping his team win the series 2–1. Morgan also overtook Rohit with Virat and finished ninth.
At the same time, South Africa captain Quinton de Kock has jumped 10 places to reach 16th position. De Kock played knocks of 31, 65 and 35 runs.
Babar Azam of Pakistan holds the top position in this ranking. He is followed by KL Rahul in second place, Aaron Finch of Australia in third place. In bowling, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan has retained the first place in all-rounder Mohammad Nabi.
England has retained their third place in the team rankings, while Pakistan and Australia have been placed in the first place. Team India is fourth in this ranking.
