Former India opener Virender Sehwag celebrated his 41st birthday on Sunday. Sehwag who was known for his aggressive batting etched name in the record books after scoring triple-century for India in Tests.
Sehwag scored a couple of triple tons in his career. The first one came against Pakistan while the second against South Africa. Sehwag’s 319 against the Proteas is still the highest individual score by an Indian in Test cricket.
Apart from this, the opener also notched a double ton for India ODIs after Sachin Tendulkar and held the record for the fastest century in one-day international cricket for India before Virat Kohli surpassed him.

Sehwag was an integral part of the Indian team that lifted the inaugural T20I World Cup in 2007 and the 50-over World Cup in 2011 respectively.
