Former Indian cricketer and sitting BJP MP Gautam Gambhir has once again come forward to help. However, this time he has extended a helping hand to a Pakistani girl. Gambhir, who has often criticized the policies of Pakistan and its leaders, has pioneered Pakistan’s treatment of Omaima Ali.
Gambhir has shared a letter on his Twitter account in which he has appealed to Foreign Minister S Jaishankar to grant him and his family a visa for Ali’s heart operation. In his letter, he has also sought help from the Indian embassy in Pakistan to get a visa for Ali’s family.
