Deepak Chahar continued his form with the white ball after picking up another hattrick in a span of 48 hours. Chahar while playing for Rajasthan against Vidarbha in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy picked up four wickets, which included a hat-trick in Thiruvananthapuram.

He scalped the wickets of Darshan Nalkande, Shrikant Wagh and Akshay Wadkar to claim the hattrick while removed Rushabh Rathod on the first delivery of the over. Vidarbha were restricted to 99/9 in 13 overs.

Rajasthan though was handed a target of 107 runs due in 13 overs and Vidarbha bowlers successfully defended the target. Rajasthan concluded the innings at 105/8 to lose the match by 1 run.
