Barbados Tridents lifted the CPL 2019 trophy after beating Guyana Amazon Warriors by 27 runs in the final in Trinidad. Batting first, Barbados rode on a late surge from Jonathan Nurse to put 171/6 in 20 overs.
In reply, Guyana lost early wicket and saw a flurry to be reduced to 88/5. They were eventually restricted to 144/9 in 20 overs. Raymon Reifer scalped four wickets in the innings.
