The lockdown in the country and almost all around the globe due to the outbreak of the coronavirus has forced the sports to go on a standstill. A number of tournaments have either been postponed or have been canceled.

PM Modi on Sunday announced that the country would go under lockdown for 21 days that means that IPL is slated to get further postponed. The cash-rich league was earlier postponed till April 15.
Earlier, India were slated to play a three-match ODI series against South Africa. The first match was washed away due to rain while the other two were canceled due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
