Afghanistan cricketer Rashid Khan has once again made headlines for his bowling performance in the on-going Big Bash League. Playing for Adelaide Strikers, the leggie scalped a hattrick against Sydney Sixers on Wednesday. This is Rashid’s fifth T20 hattrick overall.
The leg-spinner bagged the wickets of Jack Edwards, James Vince and Jordan Silk.

Despite Rashid’s heroics with the ball, Strikers lost the match in Adelaide. Sixers chased down the target of 136 runs by 2 wickets.
Sydney Sixers are now placed at number 2 in the points table with 12 points while the Strikers are at three with 7 points under their belt.
It was an eventful day in the BBL as Pakistan’s Haris Rauf scalped the day’s second hattrick. The 26-year-old achieved the feat while playing for Melbourne Stars against Sydney Thunder.

Rauf picked the three wickets in the 20th, when he removed skipper Callum Ferguson, Matthew Gilkes, and Daniel Sams on the trot.
