The Sourav Ganguly-led BCCI has decided to seek the Supreme Court’s approval for dilution of tenure cap. This is aimed at clearing the road for an extended stint for the new president.
“At the end of the day, the court will decide,” Ganguly said in a press conference after the AGM.
“The Board is represented by Secretary at the ICC CEC, that’s the ICC rule,” Ganguly said.
