The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to organize the Indian Premier League (IPL) edition this time in the country itself. According to reports, the BCCI has decided to make the 15th season completely in Mumbai.

It is being claimed in the report that three venues in Mumbai (Wankhede, CCI and DY Patil Stadium) have to be prepared for all the teams. The board is also considering changing the start date of the new season from April 02 to March 25.

It is to be known that due to the Corona epidemic, IPL 2020 was played entirely in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), while half of the 2021 season took place in India and half in the UAE.

At the same time, the BCCI’s plan for organizing the 15th edition of the IPL depends on how the situation of Corona remains in the country. During the 14th season, many players and team staff members were found to be Covid-19 positive, after which the BCCI had to suspend the league midway.

It is noteworthy that the board wants that this time the IPL season be organized without any hindrance. In such a situation, he is making every effort for this. Now the thing to be seen will be where the 15th edition of IPL will be played.
