The Indian cricket board has called off the scheduled tours of Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe due to Corona threat.

Indian team was due to tour Srilanka in late June and play 3 ODIs and 3 T/20 matches there. After that Indian team was supposed to tour Zimbabwe in July for a 3 match T-20 series.

There was a slim chance of India touring Srilanka in July but that has also reversed. Chances of India touring South Africa to play 3 ,T 20 matches also look most unlikely.

BCCI is hopeful of playing this year’s IPL in September/October, IPL Chairman Brijesh Patel has stated that future of IPL, this year depends on the Asia Cup T/20 world cup taking place.

Asia cup: 15 th edition was to be played in Pakistan this year but India refused to visit due to political reasons ,so venue may changed to UAE, Bangladesh or Srilanka. From 12/9 20 to 27/9/20.

T/20 World cup is to be held in Australia it is the 7th edition ,and is scheduled to take place between 12/09/20 and 12/11/20. Consists of 16 teams.
