Amidst the Corona period, a good news is coming out for the cricket fans. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the cricket schedule for the domestic season. The new season will start with the Women’s ODI tournament and then the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy will also be played. Apart from this, the Ranji Trophy will start from November 16 and will be played for the next three months.

It is known that last year the Ranji Trophy was postponed due to the Corona epidemic. The domestic season will end with the Vijay Hazare Trophy, which will be held from February 23 to March 26, 2022. Domestic cricketers are also happy with the return of domestic cricket in India.

In a statement, the BCCI said, “We are confident that we will be able to organize all tournaments successfully, with the highest attention being paid to the health and safety of all players.”

The schedule of the domestic session is as follows:

21 September 2021 – Senior Women’s ODI League

27 October 2021 – Senior Women’s ODI Challenger Trophy

From 20 October to 12 November 2021 – Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

16 November 2021 to 19 February 2022 – Ranji Trophy

23 February 2022 to 26 March 2022 – Vijay Hazare Trophy
