Pakistan ODI skipper Babar Azam hhas been making a name for himself on the international platform. He is often comapred to the likes of Virat Kohli.
Azam was rewarded for his good work with th bat and the one day cricket baton was handed over to him after Sarfaraz Ahmed was sacked.
The Pakistani cricketers are often made fun of for their English. A number of videos of Umar Akmal and Sarfaraz have gone viral in the past.
But it seems that Babar Azam doesn’t want to become the talking topic for the same and he has decided to learn English whenever he would get free time. According to a report in Circle of Cricket, he said, “I’m learning English when I’m free.”
Pakistan cricket team is already in England for their series slated to begin in August.
Earlier, six Pakistani cricketers out of the ten who tested positive for COVID-19 have now tested negative. Hafeez, Wahab, Fakhar, Shadab, Mohammad Rizwan and Mohammad Hasnain, who had tested positive for COVID-19 earlier, have now returned a negative test
As many ten cricketers of the Pakistan team and a support staff member who were slated to tour England later this year tested positive for the disease.
Though, former skipper Mohammad Hafeez had earlier declared himself fit after his second coronavirus test came out to be negative.
