Afghanistan opener Najeebullah Tarakai has been critical after meeting a car accident on Friday. Afghanistan Cricket Board’s interim chief executive Nazim Zar Abdulrahimzai told Cricbuzz that the opener is in a critical condition.
“Najeeb met with a road accident yesterday and he is in the ICU at the moment,” said Ahmadzai. “His condition is not stable and doctor said he is critically injured and we are not sure what is in store for him,” he said.
National player Najeeb Tarakai was severely injured in a car accident yesterday and is in critical condition even after an operation last night. ACB has so far taken all necessary steps to facilitate his recovery in Nangarhar where he is under treatment currently.
