Mumbai Indians fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah was on fire during the match against Rajasthan Royals in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday after he scalped a four-for as Mumbai bowled out the Rajasthan side for 136 while chasing 194 in 20 overs.
Bumrah scalped the wickets of captain Steve Smith, Rahul Tewatia, Jofra Archer and Shreyas Gopal as MI grabbed an easy win. Apart from Bumrah, James Pattinson too picked up an important wicket of Jos Buttler in his two-for.
Buttler scored 70 off 44 but his efforts went in vain. Earlier, Mumbai rode on scintillating batting from Suryakumar Yadav who struck 79* off 47. Apart from him, Hardik Pandya too chipped in with 30*off 19 while skipper Rohit Sharma scored 35 in 23.
Shreyas Gopal scalped two wickets for 28 runs in 4 overs. Mumbai Indians are at the top of the table while Rajasthan is at the second last position.
