Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma was dismissed for a golden duck by R Ashwin during the first qualifier in Dubai. Here’s a look at the most number of ducks by the batsmen in IPL.

Harbhajan Singh tops the list with 13 ducks to his name in 160 matches and is followed by RCB wicket-keeper batsman Parthiv Patel who has same number of zeroes in 139 matches.

MI captain Rohit Sharma is third in the list with 13 ducks in 199 matches while Piyush Chawla and Mandeep Singh follow him with 12 each. Chawla has played 164 matches while Madeep has 104 IPL caps to his name.

SRH’s Manish Pandey is next with 12 in 104 matches while Ajinkya Rahane, Ambati Rayudu and Gautam Gambhir too have 12 ducks apiece. Rahane has played 147 matches while Rayudu and Gambhir have played 159 and 154 respectively.

Sharma’s duck against DC didn’t really hurt MI as they entered the IPL 2020 finals after winning the match by 57 runs.
