Indian Premier League (IPL) is the biggest franchise cricket tournament in India controlled by BCCI, in
which different players over the world participate and compete with each other. The teams which play in this tournament get their players by the auction, in which they bid for the
players and select the players of their choice. Many players have played in multiple teams depending on the factor that which team was ready to choose them and include them in their roaster.

Some of the senior or known players like Yuvraj Singh, Brendon McCullum, Dinesh Karthik have played
in multiple teams in their IPL career. Now let’s talk about the most impactful player in the Indian cricket team. Yuvraj Singh started his IPL career with Kings X1 Punjab, where he played a total of 15 matches and scored 299 runs with an average of 23 and a strike rate of 162.50 in the year 2008. he stayed in this team for 3 seasons in which he had a very bad third season. Warriors India and had a good season, scoring 343 runs in 14 matches with the strike rate of 131.41
and an average of 34.30. He also played in the other teams such as Royal Challengers Bangalore,
Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians. after the last season of IPL in 2019 which he played with the jersey of Mumbai Indians, he was released by them because of his poor performance. He will not be playing the 2020 IPL as he had participated in a different league last year which violates BCCI’s policy.

So, the third player that we will be talking about is Brendon McCullum, a former New Zealand player and a great hard hitter. He was considered as one of the best hard hitters and aggressive batsman of his time. He joined the IPL era with a known team called Kolkata knight Riders and received lots of
appreciation because of his blasting performance by scoring 158 runs in a single match against Royal
Challengers Bangalore.

He played only four matches in that season and had a strike rate of 204.34 and average of 62.66. He played in the same team consecutively for two years and played in Kochi Tuskers Kerala for the year 2011. Then he joined the KKR again and played till 2014. After KKR he joined the Chennai super kings in 2015 and had a great performance while playing in this team.

He had a strike rate of +130 in all the seasons he played after 2015 and made his highest total of 436 in the same year. He was the best player in his team and was dropped by CSK in the year 2018 and later on joined the RCB same year and played 6 matches with the same roaster. He retired from all
forms of cricket on 24 February 2016 but still played IPL up to the year 2018 and took his name off in
the 2019 season.

The other player which follows this list is a senior and a good wicketkeeper and batsman Dinesh
Kartik. He made his IPL debut with the Delhi daredevils as a wicket-keeper batsman and made a total of 145 runs with the strike rate of 135.51 and an average of 24.16. The highest total of Dinesh Karthik
was in the 6th season of IPL in which he scored 510 runs in total., As per now he had played a total of 182 matches in the IPL and scored 3654 runs and 30 stumping wickets. He played in multiple teams like Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Lions, Royal Challengers Bangalore. Currently, he is playing for
the Kolkata Knight Riders and is the skipper of the team. He led his team to the playoffs in the last season and did a good captaincy.

The next player is the Australian skipper and a good opening batsman Aaron Finch. He made his IPL
debut in the year 2010 and played for Rajasthan Royals. He played nine seasons of the IPL and scored a total of 1737 runs in 75 matches with a strike rate of 130.69 and an average of 26.31. He made his highest total in the season 2013 scoring a total of 456 with the strike rate of 135.71 and an average of 32.57. He played in multiple teams like Kings XI Punjab, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Pune warriors India, Gujarat Lions, Royal challengers Bangalore. He didn’t play the last season of the IPL
and is retained by Royal Challengers Bangalore.
