Adil Rashid became the first England spinner to take 150 wickets in ODI cricket. He achieved this against Ireland in the ongoing second ODI of the three-match series at the Aegis Bowl in Southampton.

Rashid recorded 150 wickets in the 50-over format, including the wickets of Harry Tector (28), Lorcan Tucker (21), and Kevin O’Brien (3).

Adil achieved this feat in his 102nd ODI for England. Graeme Swann took the most wickets for England as a spinner before Rashid.

He had 104 wickets in 79 matches to his name. Explain that for England, James Anderson has taken the most wickets (269) in ODIs.
