India opener Shikhar Dhawan has been ruled out of the World Cup 2019 for three weeks with fractured thumb. Dhawan injured himself while batting during the match between India and Australia and didn’t take the field in the second half.

The left-handed opener scored a ton as India won the match against the Aussies to climb to third spot in the points table. Rishabh Pant might fly to England as Dhawan’s replacement.
