2. Roston Chase (Saint Lucia Kings)
Barbadian all-rounder Roston Chase is currently the tournament’s second-highest run-getter. With his brilliant form in the ninth season, the all-rounder has amassed 403 runs from nine games. In those matches he also has an amazing average of 50.37 and a strike rate of 149.81. Having scored three four fifties in the season so far, the 29-year-old has looked in great rhythm. 3.Faf du Plessis (Saint Lucia Kings)
South Africa’s ace batsman Du Plessis has been in terrific form in the Caribbean Premier League. He is currently the third highest scorer but missed the last two games for his CPL team SKL, including the semi-final games, due to an injury. The 37-year-old Proteas batsman has scored 277 runs in the nine innings that he has played. Faf du Plessis has been in ominous form lately, smashing a hundred in one of the earlier games.
4.Tim David (SLK)
Saint Lucia Kings batsman Tim David is inamazing form in the ongoing season of CPL. The right-handed Singaporean batsman fired his blazing hits in thesemi-final match against Kieron Pollard led Trinbago Knight Riders. The 25-year-old is also among the top five batsmen with the most runs in the tournament. In 10 matches so far, he has scored 272 runs and returned with an average of 38.85. In the on-going ninth season of CPL, Tim has managed to score one half-century. Besides that, he has also smashed 17 sixes and 18 fours in the tournament.
5.Colin Munro (TKR)
New Zealand cricketer Colin Munro has steadily proved himself to be a prolific run-scorer in the Caribbean Premier League. The southpaw has turned out to be one of the most successful foreign cricketers in the history of CPL. Munro has been very crucial for Trinbago Knight Riders in the past years. He has won multiple CPL titles by scoring plenty of runs. In the ninth CPL season, the Kiwi batsman has managed to score 267 runs in 11 games.
